Quality Control at Our Factory: The Standards Behind Every Product We Export
Quality is the foundation of successful exporting. At Joinin Outdoor, our quality control system ensures every product meets international standards before it leaves our factory.
Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Every batch of raw material is tested before production begins. Steel and aluminum tubes are checked for thickness and tensile strength. Fabrics are tested for tear resistance and colorfastness. Plastic components are inspected for consistency and durability.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
During production, our QC team conducts hourly checks on: welding quality (no cracks, smooth joints), frame assembly (alignment and stability), fabric stitching (tensile strength and even stitching), surface treatment (no rust, even coating).
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Before shipment, AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling inspection is performed according to international standard ISO 2859. Critical defects: 0 tolerance. Major defects: AQL 1.0. Minor defects: AQL 2.5. This means fewer than 1% of sampled products can have major defects.
International Compliance
Our products comply with: EN 581 (European outdoor furniture standard), REACH and RoHS (chemical safety), FDA (food contact for cookware), CA Prop 65 (California consumer safety). We provide certificates and test reports upon request.
Why Quality Matters for Your Business
One bad batch can destroy years of brand building. Returns and replacements cost 3-5x the original product value. Customer complaints damage your reputation on Amazon and other platforms. Investing in quality control is the cheapest insurance you can buy.
Request our quality control documentation and test reports. Transparency is our policy.
